The Voigtlander is a manual focus lens that - on the NEX-7 - requires that you include Cornerfix in your workflow. It's a bit of a hassle. The 1 stop advantage to the Sigma is also important in lower light and indoors - when I find myself bumping up to ISO 3200 too often with the Voigtlander.

To me, if I needed ONE lens for the NEX, I'd actually choose the Sigma 30mm f/2.8. If it were between these two lenses... it'd be the Sigma 19mm.

As a second lens or for pure image quality - the Voiglander wins for me. It just looks beautiful, the contrast and color are very unique and I normally shoot it at f/8.

If you can only carry one lens out for street photography, would you choose the Sigma 19mm f/2/8 or the Voigtlander 21mm f/4? Since you own both lenses, I am curious on your choice...

It looks like the Voigtlander is smaller than the Sigma, is that right?
